The man at the bus stop is klearly a KGB agent

After some careful consideration I believe that the man is indeed a KGB agent that defected from the Soviet Union at some point in the mid to late 80s. During this time I am quite sure that it was fairly easy to get caught in many a "catch 22". Perhaps this was even related to black market vodka trafficking?

Who that man is at my bus stop

As some of you may or may not know there is a man that is always at my bus stop. He wears a black duster and has long thinning hair (not that I hold that against him). However, he is always there, no matter when I arrive. Plus he is there when I am leaving in the morning and when i exit the bus in the evening. This post will be the first in a series of "Who is the guy at my bus stop and what is his agenda".
